BACKSTAGE

1. Short, Normal or Long: 5, 8 or 11 backstage stops. The length is in the case code, so other phones get the same case.
2. With a map: Max places the stops at spots in your neighbourhood. You see a drawn festival map: the crew walks along the path to the next stop, an arrow and cold/warm/hot show the way. The grown-up can look at the real street map. Now and then a bag full of glitter shoots past: tap it for stars. Indoors: walk on the spot, phone in hand. Without a map: the stops one after another, works anywhere.
3. Every stop is a different game: wiping a glitter trail, copying a dance, styling merch, rebuilding the light show, spotting the fake autograph, scanning tickets with the camera, lip syncing to the beat, guessing the band's food order, the photo booth (spot the differences), turning cables, VIP memory and the mixing desk. Three hearts per stop; none left = simply try again.
4. Every stop brings something back to the stage. Along with it you find scraps of the setlist, traces of the bag-carrier (glitter, headwear, shoes) or a witness. Traces are always true. One witness has it wrong; at Superstar that witness really lies, and the setlist scraps become a puzzle.
5. The finale: recognise the bag-carrier on Nour's blurry photo, talk to her, put the setlist in the right order and play the show: jumping, singing, waving, clapping and applause, with the whole group. Then an album with your photos and a Backstage Pass as a PDF to print.
6. Team vs team: two phones, the same case code, and a team colour and result code for the standings via Party options.

Tip for the grown-up: the microphone and camera are only used on the phone itself, nothing goes to the internet. One phone per team. Outdoors: stay on the pavement, no running between stops.
